Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to manage the Service Desk in a friendly, efficient, and effective manner. Maintaining a positive approach to customer satisfaction is essential.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are crucial.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the Service Desk and ensuring excellent customer service
- Providing clear and concise information to customers
- Resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
About the Role
This is an entry-level position that requires a highly motivated and organized individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills and be able to multitask with ease.
