Job Title: Quality Assurance Director

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Lead to lead a team focused on ensuring quality control and excellence in a dynamic project environment.

This key role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, is solutions-focused, and values clear communication. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure data centre construction projects meet specified standards and client requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Planning and conducting quality audits and inspections to verify the implementation of quality control.
  • Ensuring quality management system objectives are achieved across all disciplines, including CSA, Mechanical, and Electrical.
  • Ensuring that company policies are understood, implemented, and maintained on-site.
  • Generating project-specific quality plans as per requirements.
  • Ensuring subcontractors' quality systems and plans are effective, compliant, and aligned with company policies.
  • Liaising with clients' quality assurance and control representatives to resolve potential quality issues.
  • Providing guidance and input to on-site staff for continuous improvement to attain project feasibility.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role within a construction environment.
- Experience in data centre projects is advantageous; otherwise, experience in large-scale projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
- Experience utilizing Autodesk BIM360 Field software.
- Proven experience in personnel management, staffing, and scheduling.
- Process-driven with a focus on Quality Work Management Systems and Processes.

About You:
You will be an experienced QA Lead with a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices. You will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project goals. Your attention to detail and ability to identify and mitigate potential risks will be critical to success in this role.
