The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework, preferably in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification.

A postgraduate qualification in Social Care Management or a Management Qualification is highly desirable.

At least 3 years of senior management experience in a similar setting is required, with demonstrable experience in strategic planning.

Experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector is essential.
