Job Title: Store Operations Manager
\The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of retail management experience in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to oversee and delegate work to others.
\Key Responsibilities:\- \
- Assist the store manager in maintaining daily operations\
- Provide exceptional customer service\
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient store running\
- Oversee all areas of the store\
- Manage stock control, stock rotation, ordering, and deliveries\
- Operate in-house ordering systems efficiently\
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies\
- Ensure excellent attention to detail and accuracy\
- Motivate self and team members\
- Contribute to the development of a positive store culture\
- Support the store manager in achieving business objectives\
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance overall performance\
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes

- 2+ years of Retail Management experience\

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment\

- Motivational skills to drive self and team performance\
