Regional EHS Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Regional Health and Safety Manager to lead our environmental, health and safety initiatives.

About the Job:

This role involves implementing and monitoring our company’s EHS Management System on allocated projects. You will promote a positive Health and Safety culture on-site with Site Management, Contractors, and workers. Regular site inspections and audits will be conducted to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor the Company's EHS Management System on allocated projects.
  • Promote a positive Health and Safety culture on-site with Site Management, Contractors, and workers.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to address safety concerns and develop effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • A recognised Health and Safety Degree or Diploma is required.
  • Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are necessary.
  • You must have at least 10 years' of industry experience.
  • Previous Construction experience is preferred, particularly in Pharma, Datacentre, Hi-Tech, and Commercial sectors.
  • A proven track record as a Health and Safety Manager in the construction industry is essential.
