About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for debt collection from an allocated ledger and various ad hoc duties.

As a key member of our team, you can expect to deal with up to 100 different customers per day on a daily basis.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent Excel skills are required; advanced Excel is preferable.
  • Previous comparable experience in a medium-to-large organisation is ideal.
  • IATI qualification or equivalent is a bonus.
  • Demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent computer skills including Word and Outlook.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and highly organised.
  • An effective team player with strong attention to detail and ability to follow through to completion of tasks.
