About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled professional with experience in debt collection to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect debts from allocated ledgers and perform various ad hoc duties as required.
  • Manage up to 100 different customer interactions per day.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent Excel skills are essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in a comparable position within a medium-to-large sized organisation is highly desirable.
  • IATI qualification or equivalent is a requirement.
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this position.
  • Good computer skills, including Word and Outlook, are also required.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • A self-driven, motivated, and highly organised individual with strong team player qualities is ideal for this role.
