Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role
The Laboratory Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the development and manufacture of our biotechnology products. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Conducting analytical testing activities to support method validation and technical transfer.
• Reviewing and approving laboratory test results to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Executing validation, operation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment and its associated software.
• Writing and executing reports to ensure that all relevant equipment is qualified for use.
• Ensuring that all testing is completed, reviewed, and approved within agreed turnaround times.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
• Maintaining and developing knowledge of analytical technology as well as regulatory standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A BSc (Honors) degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
• 2 years' experience in a QC laboratory-testing environment within the biological and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with HPLC, Capillary Electrophoresis, UPLC/Mass Spec.
