Driving innovation in process automation is key to delivering meaningful contributions. Our team collaborates with R&D and NPD groups to develop highly complex automation systems that resolve manufacturing and/or product inspection challenges.

Job Description
  • We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the design, prototyping, assembly, development, and troubleshooting of innovative automation systems.
  • Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in management of technical disciplines and agile methodology, as well as experience working in regulated industries.
  • Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, identifying opportunities for automation, and driving project planning, budgeting, and performance management.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience in PLC logic and programming, integration of sensors, sub-systems, and controllers, and knowledge of Six Sigma concepts.
