Job Summary:

The position of Automation Infrastructure Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering and maintaining automation-based systems and solutions that provide flexible, innovative, cost-effective, compliant, and quality-focused manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals.

A typical day involves designing, configuring, programming, and qualifying Rockwell factory talk systems (DCS), thin manager, and asset centre to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and alerting networks, systems, and applications for issues affecting functionality and availability.

Providing technical knowledge and support for troubleshooting, investigations, installations, and training to ensure smooth project execution.

Designing and delivering end-to-end data solutions to meet current and future needs by leveraging expertise in analytics and data insights.

Overseeing the transition of projects from development into production environment while ensuring compliance and optimization of automation systems.

Acting as a subject matter expert and providing technical guidance on historian and data integration solutions.

Creating, modifying, and maintaining automation systems and documentation, including automation specification documents and SOPs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
  • 3+ years of experience as an engineer or senior engineer in a related field
