The successful candidate will assist the Manager in effectively managing day-to-day operations of service while ensuring our guests have a positive experience. As part of the Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the team to deliver outstanding levels of service at all times.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Manager in effectively managing the day-to-day operations of service
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding levels of service
  • Take control and responsibility for the hotel's restaurant in the absence of your Manager
  • Assist and carry out training as required
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day queries, complaints, and issues that arise in the Bar & Brasserie/Restaurant
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a 4* Hotel working as a Team Leader/Food and Beverage Supervisor
