We are seeking a skilled Renewals Portfolio Manager to join our growing team at Salesforce, Inc.
This role involves building strategic relationships with internal stakeholders to minimize attrition and drive customer success.
You will analyze risk, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions to optimize contract terms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate 90-day rolling forecasts
- Leveraging existing processes and reporting
- Developing replacement contracts and quotes
Mandatory requirements include:
- Proven experience in Sales, Renewals, or Account Management
- Strong analytical background with problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Fluency in German and French
