Customer Success Advocate

As a Customer Success Advocate with TN Ireland, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible support and experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the continued growth and success of our EMEA business.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for running a busy outbound pipeline of leads, using innovative prospecting techniques to engage with cold accounts and new groups within existing customers.
- Your primary focus will be generating high-value pipeline through strategic and targeted prospecting into start-ups, unicorn businesses, and enterprise organizations.
- You will be the face of our brand, focused on building outstanding customer relationships and exceeding targets and metrics.
About You:
- You have a passion for consultative sales and a minimum of 6 months' experience in a sales-related environment.
- You possess solid business experience, preferably in SaaS sales, and are curious and customer-centric.
- You embody a 'Can Do' attitude, with a hunger and self-starter commitment to overachieve and succeed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferable, and fluency in English is required.
- Fluency in Danish or Swedish is a strong plus.
