At the heart of our business is delivering exceptional event experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our Meetings & Events team as a Senior Meeting and Events Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate events such as conferences, meetings, weddings, exhibitions, and product launches
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up on leads to convert business
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Generate and distribute detailed function sheets to relevant departments
  • Issue contracts and quotations in a timely manner
  • Conduct pre- and post-event client meetings and site inspections
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hospitality sales and event coordination
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Collaborative team-focused attitude
  • Proficiency in Opera and other hotel management systems
  • Sharp attention to detail and passion for precision
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness in problem-solving
