Sous Chef Opportunity
">We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team in a prestigious 4-star hotel in Dublin. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency across the hotel.
">The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Sous Chef or higher in a quality restaurant or hotel kitchen, along with valid work documentation. They will be able to lead by example on the kitchen floor, training and mentoring junior chefs, while contributing ideas to menus and daily specials.
