Job Role Overview

The role of Inventory Analyst is responsible for performing finished goods inventory reconciliation across multiple sites for various portfolios.

Main Responsibilities
  • Reconcile and investigate inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and process accuracy.
  • Manage product destruction and duty drawback processes, including preparation of notices of intention.
  • Enter and reconcile production data, ensuring accuracy across systems and compliance with internal controls.
  • Oversee cask inventory reconciliation and support supply planning analysis, including KPI tracking and insights generation.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in inventory planning, logistics, or customer service within a manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working in a KPI-driven environment using data to guide decisions and improve performance.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
