Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Development Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record of success in sales and account development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing market awareness, sales, and profitability by identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key decision makers at biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device/diagnostic companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase new account penetration and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at target companies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and cold calling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and account development
  • Strong understanding of the biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device/diagnostic industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in French (business level)
