Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Finance team in Lucan as a Commercial FP&A Accountant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and driving the corporate owned stores churn framework, and partnering with the Head of Cedarglade on relevant operational and financial matters.

You will also contribute to the development of operational and governance frameworks tailored to each store entity structure, compile and finalize apportionment accounts in line with MRS hard close reporting requirements, and support on commercial initiatives such as developing and delivering accurate MRS projections of store performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the wider MRS Local Finance team to align on key performance indicators and business objectives, and to drive change in the work environment through innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- A minimum of 3 years PQE

- Advanced Excel skills essential

- Highly numerical and analytical

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to influence

- Ability to drive change in the work environment – be an innovator

- Ability to work under pressure, keep within tight deadlines and multi-task
