Job Title: Supply Chain Strategist

This role involves overseeing the implementation and coordination of strategic supply chain management initiatives that align with the company's broader objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain industry-leading supply chains while managing associated risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver procurement and supply chain strategies.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with preferred partners on behalf of the business.
  • Measure compliance with Partnership Service Agreements (PSAs) in conjunction with Procurement and Commercial colleagues.
  • Optimize Preferred Agreement usage across the organization.
  • Enhance product and service offerings in line with changing business demands.
  • Promote Supply Chain Engagement Programmes as needed.
  • Maintain a monthly reporting dashboard on procurement performance against strategic plans.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience delivering strategic procurement support or solutions.
  2. Strong analytical, numerical, and commercial skills.
  3. Understanding of contractual legal terms and conditions.
  4. Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Good knowledge of procurement tools, systems, and processes.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  8. Relevant certifications or equivalent qualifications.
