Strategic Supply Chain Planner

As a Logistics and Supply Chain Strategist, you will be responsible for driving the efficient execution of the Demand & Supply Planning process. This entails collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop forecasts, manage inventory levels, and ensure optimal customer service to support business growth.
This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain management principles and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and patterns. You will need to partner with cross-functional teams to improve forecasting accuracy, schedule adherence, and optimize inventory levels.
You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining rolling 18-month demand & supply plans, including identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities through the S&OP process.
Key qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in demand and supply planning management, preferably in beverage, FMCG, or CPG industries.
- Experience with planning systems such as SAP, JDA, Oracle, o9, and QAD is desirable.
- Demonstrated participation in innovation and new product development (NPD) projects, including stage-gate or change management processes, is essential.
