Cash Collection Specialist

As a Cash Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of end-customers in B2B and/or B2C environments.

  • Manage cash collection activities to meet client requirements
  • Negotiate payment plans with complex customer accounts
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained using software
  • Provide reporting on collection activity and monitor accounts
  • Determine best collections strategies based on account analysis

Key Skills and Qualifications:
