The ideal candidate will have expertise in nerve conduction studies and EEGs, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Triage referrals received from healthcare professionals.
- Review patient questionnaires and medical histories prior to performing tests.
- Analyze complex disease states and medication effects to ensure high-quality test results.
- Perform nerve conduction studies and EEGs with precision and attention to detail.
- Compile comprehensive reports on test results for consultation by medical experts.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to GDPR principles.
- Provide training and supervision to new staff members in neurophysiology techniques.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Clinical Measurement or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in neurophysiology, with proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
