What You'll Do
  • Manage international payrolls for the EMEA and APAC regions to ensure timely processing and compliance
  • Coordinate payroll process activities for international assignees, including working with ADP, Deloitte, and other third-party providers to produce accurate payroll instructions and ensure correct payroll delivery
  • Oversee payroll operations and related activities to ensure compliance with international jurisdictions for 300+ employees and growing
  • Direct vendor efforts to ensure timely and accurate output; maintain internal controls for the payroll function and identify process improvements and gaps with business partners
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of international payroll policies, objectives, and planning
  • Resolve escalations by collaborating with payroll vendors to obtain root cause analyses and corrective actions for complex situations at all levels
  • Partner with People Operations on matters involving employee compensation, benefits, and other payments
  • Partner with Treasury and Tax to ensure timely funding and payments
  • Coordinate with Stock Administration to ensure timely stock compensation reporting for international locations
  • Ensure proper reviews of payroll outputs from vendors, including accurate payroll journal entries
Skills You'll Need To Have
  • 4+ years of relevant international payroll experience processing EMEA (Ireland, Estonia, France, Italy, Spain, UK, Germany, etc.) and APAC (Australia, Singapore, etc.) payrolls
  • IPASS qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related discipline
  • Accounting experience desirable
  • Knowledge of Workday, NetSuite, and ADP platforms preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel (VLookups, Pivot tables and other formulas)
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and completeness
  • Adaptable to a fast-changing work environment with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
