Global Payroll Support Analyst

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Payroll Support Analyst to join their global payroll team.

They are looking for a technically proficient individual with a strong background in data automation, and payroll processing to provide comprehensive payroll support for multiple countries.

This is a critical position that involves providing high-quality customer service to both internal and external groups.

  1. Providing support for global payroll systems by addressing technical defects, enhancements, and routine maintenance.
  2. Work with business users, payroll managers, and vendors to define and document functional requirements for technical solutions.

Utilising platforms like Dataiku to design and implement automated data workflows, and Tableau to develop and maintain dashboards for real-time payroll metrics and reporting.

Apply basic AI/ML techniques for predictive analysis and anomaly detection to optimise payroll processes.

Hands-on experience with integrations such as General Ledger postings, Stock, Benefits, and banking, as well as third-party connections.

Create and maintain manual G2 interfaces for large-scale data uploads.

Identifying, analysing, and resolving discrepancies between internal HR/Employee systems and the payroll system.

Ensure all documentation is properly maintained according to company policies and legal requirements.

Creating and updating system issue tickets and holding regular calls with IS&T, external vendors, and business partners to monitor issue resolution.

Participate in cross-functional testing, creating scenarios and executing test cases to support changes moving to production.
