Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Payroll Specialist to join our team in Cork. This contract role offers the opportunity to secure a permanent position and contribute to the end-to-end processing of monthly payroll for several countries across the EMEA region.

The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders, including HR and finance teams, to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. They will partner with external providers, manage payroll data inputs, and ensure timely payment to employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage multi-country payroll for the EMEA region.
  • Coordinate all incoming payroll data in conjunction with the ADP Service Model.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and handle all third-party remittances.
  • Manage employee records within the Time and Labor Management System for accurate payment processing.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports (e.g., gross payroll, hours worked, tax deductions).
  • Respond to and resolve all employee inquiries, providing a high level of customer service.
