International Payroll Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage international payrolls for the EMEA and APAC regions.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in processing international payrolls, with expertise in platforms such as Workday, NetSuite, and ADP. IPASS qualification is also required. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related discipline is essential.

Key responsibilities include managing payroll process activities, coordinating with third-party providers, and overseeing payroll operations to ensure compliance with international jurisdictions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for directing vendor efforts, maintaining internal controls, and identifying process improvements.

Additionally, the role involves participating in the development and implementation of international payroll policies, collaborating with People Operations on employee compensation and benefits, and partnering with Treasury and Tax to ensure timely funding and payments.

Required Skills
  • International payroll experience with EMEA (Ireland, Estonia, France, Italy, Spain, UK, Germany, etc.) and APAC (Australia, Singapore, etc.) payrolls
  • IPASS qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related discipline
  • Accounting experience desirable
  • Proficient in MS Excel (VLookups, Pivot tables and other formulas)
