Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team.

This role will be responsible for managing international payrolls, ensuring timely processing and compliance across EMEA and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage international payrolls for EMEA and APAC regions to ensure timely processing and compliance
  • Coordinate payroll processes related to international assignees, working with third-party providers to produce accurate payroll instructions
  • Direct vendor efforts to ensure timely and accurate process output
  • Maintain effective internal controls for the payroll function and work with business partners to identify process improvements and gaps
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of relevant international payroll experience processing EMEA and APAC payrolls
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field
  • Familiarity with Workday/NetSuite system and ADP platforms is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel, including VLookups, Pivot tables, and other formulas
