Payroll Co-ordinator Job Description

The role of the Payroll Co-ordinator is to support all aspects of the payroll process, including registration, taxes and employee settlement. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collation of payroll data from internal sources & communication to external payroll providers in line with strict deadlines.
  • Accurate payroll processing in line with country local requirements.
  • Validation of monthly payroll payments via reconciliation of reports from payroll providers with internal sourced data.
Requirements:
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience notably excel
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good time management and organisational skills
