Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead high-value and complex projects, working closely with clients and managing a team of engineers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth. They will also be responsible for project delivery, team performance, and competency development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management and Business Development - maintaining and growing the business by managing existing workloads and winning new projects.
  • Leading a team of engineers with responsibility for delivering projects, managing performance, and developing competency.
  • Project lead for Design & Contract management from conceptual phase through to project completion.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree (Level 8 or higher) in Mechanical, Process, or a similar discipline relevant to the specification.
  • 10+ years post-graduate and relevant design experience. CEng would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Problem Solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Full driving license and own transport required.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
  • Good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
