As a Revit Architectural Technologist, you will be part of an Irish Civil and Fire design consultancy.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years experience in an architectural/engineering consultancy with experience on both residential and commercial projects.
You will support the engineering design team by preparing tender documentation and construction drawings, building and site surveying, and preparation of planning applications.
We require a Degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology/Construction/Engineering and minimum 2-3 years REVIT experience.
Key skills include excellent technical knowledge and draughting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, strong interpersonal / people skills, and strong knowledge of current Irish Building Regulations.
You should be able to work well within strict deadlines, lead the design of small and large scale projects, and modify / improve existing designs to facilitate ease of construction.
A flexible approach to work and ability to prioritise and manage time effectively are essential.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years REVIT experience
- Degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology/Construction/Engineering
- Excellent technical knowledge and draughting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Strong interpersonal / people skills
- Strong knowledge of current Irish Building Regulations
Salary: €40k -€50k per annum depending on level of experience.
