Job Description:

The Executive Personal Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the Senior Management Team, ensuring smooth operational functions and facilitating effective communication across departments.

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Management Team, including calendar management, meeting organization, and travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records of attendance, statistical information, and other requested data.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication across departments and supporting service delivery.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials, and maintain up-to-date contact lists, databases, and filing systems.
• Organize and manage events, conferences, and meetings, and provide secretarial support for board meetings, including CRA/CRO submissions and board papers.
• Conduct research and provide documentation for WRC cases, PIAB cases, and other inquiries, and maintain accurate records of attendance, statistical information, and other requested data.

Essential Requirements:
• Diploma in Business/Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive, and database management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly, approachable manner and active listening ability, and respect for confidentiality and professionalism.
