Strategic Account Manager

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the growth of our vendors on Amazon. Your mission is to develop and execute a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for our vendors and Amazon.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum 2 years of experience in vendor/account/catalog management, buying/sourcing/sales, product management, supply chain
- 2+ years of experience interacting with customers/stakeholders
- 1+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Knowledge of advanced Excel (Array and Statistical formulas)
- Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fast learner and ability to deal with ambiguity
- Knowledge of macros and data analytics
- Ability to drive process or procedure improvements
- Knowledge of tools such as Sharepoint, SIM-ticketing and project management tools as well as experience using scripts.
