Job Title

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in maximising store performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong communication with the team to work collaboratively and ensure store success.
  • Adhere to rostered shifts and demonstrate flexibility to support store operations, including weekends and additional responsibilities.
  • Optimise sales opportunities to achieve brand KPIs, store, and individual targets.
  • Craft unique and genuine experiences for every customer.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
  • Process new deliveries efficiently and maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met to deliver the brand experience.
  • Maintain store presentation and housekeeping standards.
