About the Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a luxury retail team as a Sales Ambassador. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting luxury brands, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and promote the brand universe and its collections as an ambassador.">
  • Provide personalized customer care, including individual/group appointments and opening doors depending on activity.">
  • Help develop sales and achieve targets by recruiting and building customer loyalty.">
  • Develop, manage, and monitor the customer file and customer relations.">
  • Enhance the customer experience and create training tools for advice/products/brands.">
  • Organize activities and events with customers at the point of sale.">
  • Run the sales outlet and display the collections.">
  • Analyze performance, objectives, and sales indicators.">
  • Manage and optimize merchandise and stock.">
  • Cashiering and sales administration support.">
  • Manage operations relating to the business.">

Requirements

  • Experience with Luxury brands and a good understanding of Luxury goods.">
  • Availability to work weekends.">
  • Sales focused with an approachable and friendly attitude.">
