Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Service: Ensure extraordinary customer service is delivered at all times, achieving store NPS targets. Collaborate with management to coordinate and implement customer-related events and in-store promotions. Support and coach team members on customer queries and returns, creating awareness of additional services offered.
- Sales: Communicate daily and weekly sales targets to relevant teams and departments. Monitor department product lines and propose actions to senior management. Support in communicating and implementing sales strategies.
- People: Participate in delivering team briefs, stand out as an ambassador for people-related initiatives. Ensure team members are adequately upskilled and inducted into their areas. Provide a forum for team members to discuss issues and problems, brainstorming solutions.
- Merchandising: Maintain department housekeeping standards, using a checklist. Ensure stockrooms are laid out commercially and kept neat. Check, price, and stock merchandise properly, monitoring customer reactions.
- General: Assist with other duties required by store management. Maintain good working relationships with colleagues. Represent the company's interests with internal and external interactions, observing confidentiality.

- Strong visual merchandising and product presentation sense, aligned with luxury brand aesthetics.
