Key Role Summary

This is a critical position in our organisation, supporting both laboratory and imaging services. As a proposals development specialist, you will contribute to winning new business by delivering high-quality, customer-focused proposals and budgets for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and develop client proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and scope of work documents, ensuring accurate and complete information.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and ensure proposal integrity.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to understand client requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  4. Support proposal process management, including tracking proposal status, coordinating review cycles, and adhering to internal processes and timelines.
  5. Maintain proposal templates, databases, and tools to facilitate efficient and effective proposal development.
Required Skills and QualificationsCentral Lab Position
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent numeracy, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to read and understand clinical trial protocols, schedules of events, and basic knowledge of testing associated prior proposals experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Imaging Services Position
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of clinical trials, imaging, and cardiac services.
  • Proficient in Excel, skilled in developing budgets, timelines, data tables, and tracking tools essential to proposal development.
