Clinical Trials Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to design and analyze clinical trials, interpret complex medical data, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive reviews of clinical trial protocols, patient records, and medical documentation to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to assess patient eligibility, adverse events, and protocol deviations, providing clinical insights and recommendations as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of nursing review processes and procedures to optimize data quality and integrity.
- Participate in data collection and analysis activities, contributing to the interpretation and reporting of clinical trial results.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of nursing review activities and findings, adhering to company guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent healthcare-related field.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Previous clinical nursing experience, preferably in a research or clinical trial setting.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements related to clinical research.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
