**Clinical Trial Associate Opportunity**

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Trial Associate to support the development of new products and commercial manufacturing operations.

  • Support technical teams in designing, authoring, reviewing, approving, and executing qualification/validation documentation and process development studies.
  • Contribute to Kaizen events and provide technical input into quality notifications by authorizing, reviewing, and approving investigations.
  • Execute equipment/qualification validation programs, including re-qualification and re-validation, to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.
  • Perform root cause analysis of system failures and substandard performance using standard tools and methods to resolve machine and system issues.
  • Represent technical operations at global forums and drive compliance with Global Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines, regulatory requirements, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Science, Engineering, or Technical discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a GMP setting.
  • Demonstratable experience of leading technical-related projects.
  • Knowledge of process monitoring systems, automation systems, operational intelligence & data systems, and sterile filling processes and equipment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with all levels of colleagues and external customers.
