Key Responsibilities

This dynamic role encompasses various responsibilities, including:
  • Commercial Focus

    • Review costs and implement processes for cost savings
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Analyze margins and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Prepare and review weekly revenue and payroll forecasts
    • Contribute to the month-end process and champion weekly/daily meetings
  • People Focus

    • Support the Financial Controller and General Manager in their decision-making processes
    • Assist in developing training plans and courses for non-financial managers
    • Help gain a deeper understanding of financial issues
    • Foster strong relationships with Heads of Department and staff
  • Controls and Compliance

    • Ensure robust financial controls and procedures are maintained
    • Examine Internal Audit Reports and agree corrective actions
    • Champion technology adoption and efficient business practices
