Job Title: Director of Brand Activation

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent role in a hybrid work environment.

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead our team and deliver large-scale experiential and event marketing campaigns for our prestigious clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans for major clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a key point of contact and advisor.
  • Drive account growth through proactive opportunity spotting and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage and mentor a small, high-performing account team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.
  • Ensure smooth campaign delivery, from concept through to execution, in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Take ownership of assigned accounts, including budgets and profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to offer innovative solutions.
  • Represent the company in new business pitches and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Maintain a strong network of professional contacts within the industry.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in account management within experiential, events, or related marketing fields.
  • Proven experience in managing senior client relationships and delivering commercial growth.
  • A strategic thinker with strong commercial and creative instincts.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of financial tracking and ROI analysis.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding live brand experiences.
  • Culturally aware with a good grasp of the local events and brand activation landscape.
  • Degree in a related field (Marketing, Communications, Business) is advantageous.
