Job Title:

Brand Marketing Specialist

The Brand Marketing Specialist is a critical role within our organization, responsible for driving marketing efforts and promoting our brand.

This position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in marketing and communications, possessing relevant third-level qualifications and minimum 3-5 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement, including website, social media outlets, digital analytics, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate and design marketing collateral and graphics, such as PowerPoint presentations, posters, invitations, brochures, and more.
  • Liaise with external suppliers as necessary and support brand and messaging projects.
  • Provide support on the digital promotion and communication of events, webinars, and activities to maximize profiling opportunities.
  • Manage CRM campaigns and employ the firm's CRM tool to input and maintain information on clients and contacts.
  • Assist with PR, advertising, and sponsorships as needed, as well as supporting internal communications and internal marketing.

Requirements:

  • Relevant third-level qualification in marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications.
  • Previous experience working in a professional services firm.
  • Strong skills in graphic design and proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop.
  • Good Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.
  • Ability to use CRM-based, web content management, and email marketing systems.
