As a skilled clinical trial project manager, you will play a key role in leading cross-functional study teams to develop and execute clinical trials. Key responsibilities include developing and executing local, regional and/or global clinical trials using project management skills, processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, identify and monitor trial-level risks, incorporating scientific knowledge, trial process and regional expertise to create an integrated risk mitigation and contingency plan.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to achieve or exceed trial deliverables.

You will also leverage scientific and regulatory knowledge to prepare technical consultation for clinical and regulatory documents, meetings with regulatory agencies and draft responses to questions from regulatory agencies, TPOs and affiliates. Additionally, you will combine scientific, regional and operational knowledge as well as process expertise to impact clinical trial design, feasibility and implementation.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree (scientific or health-related field preferred) and 3 years of clinical research experience, or relevant experience in a scientific or health-related field; or an advanced degree.
  • Applied knowledge of project management methodology, processes and tools, demonstrated ability to work cross-culturally with global colleagues and with TPOs, strong leadership and networking skills, and effective communication and self-management skills.
