Recruitment Coordinator

Platinum Home Care is a leading provider of home care services seeking a talented Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process, including liaising with managers, sourcing candidates, evaluating applications, and conducting interviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives.
  • Prepare and post job descriptions online and offline.
  • Source candidates through databases, social media, press, community activity, referrals, etc.
  • Evaluate and screen applications, CVs, letters, etc.
  • Use recruitment software to assess candidates.
  • Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
  • Prepare, monitor, and obtain all new hire paperwork to ensure compliance with legislation and industry requirements.
  • Maintain complete records of all recruitment activity and staff files, including ongoing career and training requirements, etc.
  • Assist area management throughout Ireland with onboarding and induction of new staff.
  • Liaise with and support regional managers on local staff recruitment and retention - Job Fairs, Open Days, Career Events, Education institutions, etc.
  • Meet and exceed all Platinum Home Care Key Performance Indicators.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or recruiter.
  • Experience with various selection processes - phone and virtual interviews and reference checks.
  • Familiarity with HR Databases and applicant/staff tracking and record keeping.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Well organized, process driven, and deadline focused.
