Job Role:
The Reservation Agent will be responsible for handling all aspects of guest reservations, from initial inquiry to check-out. This involves responding to queries, processing bookings, and providing personalized service to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Main Tasks:
• Manage guest inquiries and respond promptly and professionally.
• Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications according to hotel policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives and targets.
• Stay up-to-date with hotel services and facilities to provide informed support to guests.
• Develop strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of hotel systems and software.
• Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
