About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Change Delivery Manager/Scrum Master with Agile experience in cybersecurity or regulated environments.
You will support cross-functional teams in delivering secure, high-quality cybersecurity solutions, driving change, managing projects, and removing impediments, collaborating closely with management, security engineers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile principles and best practices.
- Developing existing or future business analysts.
- Guiding teams to become self-organizing and cross-functional.
- Identifying and addressing blockers and dependencies.
- Collaborating with operational managers to refine and prioritize backlogs aligned with business goals.
- Monitoring and reporting team performance with data-driven insights.
- Enhancing AzureDevOps usage for efficient workflows.
- Building and monitoring dashboards in AzureDevOps and PowerBi.
- Supporting capacity planning for project and operational managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with cybersecurity teams or in secure/regulated sectors.
- Ability to manage dependencies and align delivery with strategic priorities.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow is beneficial but not essential.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and tools.
- Experience in DevSecOps and integrating security into Agile workflows.
- Knowledge of threat management, incident response, or vulnerability management.
