Cybersecurity Threat Management Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to lead the identification, management, and mitigation of cybersecurity threats.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring security systems, developing hardening techniques, analyzing potential threats, and coordinating with relevant teams to address and resolve incidents swiftly. They will also conduct post-incident reviews to improve future response efforts and ensure compliance with security policies.

  • Monitor security systems
  • Develop hardening techniques using real-world attack tactics

  • Conduct post-incident reviews to improve future response efforts

  • Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM) tools
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools
  • Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools
  • Intrusion Detection/Intrusion Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS)
  • Forensic analysis tools
  • Incident response platforms
  • Python programming language
  • PowerShell scripting

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Windows 11 operating system (ideally using a combination of CyberArk and Group Policy Objects)
  • Experience with CrowdStrike for SIEM
  • Experience with CyberArk for EPM (Endpoint Privilege Manager)
  • Experience with BeyondTrust PAM (Privileged Access Management)
  • Offense (red team) and defense (blue team) experience
  • Ability to identify, monitor, manage, and mitigate cybersecurity threats
