Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Junior Trader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing trades based on market analysis and senior team instructions.

This role involves shift rotation, ensuring 24/7 coverage of European, US, and Asia trading sessions.

Your Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field with an excellent academic background; professional qualifications an advantage.
  • A strong desire for continuous growth, learning, and a genuine passion for trading and financial markets.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing and dynamic market environment.
  • A practical, can-do approach to problem-solving, a 'right first time' attitude, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in a programming or scripting language, with a strong preference for Python for research and data analysis.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A willingness to commit to a shift-based work schedule.
