Job Description

The Resident/Site Architect will oversee the construction of a 13-storey office development in Limerick City, Ireland.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the client's primary architectural representative on-site throughout the project.
  • Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with design intent and specifications.
  • Review contractor submissions and respond to requests for information.
  • Prepare weekly project reports on progress and other key updates.
  • Attend relevant meetings, including design team gatherings and main contractor sessions.
