Job Description:

The Community Employment Supervisor is responsible for managing and developing the CE Project, overseeing administrative, technical, and participant development aspects. The role involves empowering participants by providing tailored support and coaching to develop essential skills, competencies, and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a CE recruitment strategy aligned with Department of Social Protection guidelines
  • Coordinate approved work schedules and ensure annual employment contracts for all participants
  • Maintain effective communication through team meetings and one-to-one sessions
  • Support long-term unemployed participants in identifying re-entry needs and progression paths
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of Post: A solid understanding of the CE Supervisor's role in project management and programme delivery
  • Work Experience: Previous experience in Community Development, Project Management, and/or Training
  • Must evidence competency in one or more of the following areas: Business/Financial Administration, Human Resources
