Project Coordinator Role

Our team seeks a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of residential construction projects. This key role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project timelines, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to validate lead times and integrate them into project plans.
  • Evaluate project performance against established metrics, making recommendations for process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or a related field, preferably within the residential construction sector.
  • Proficiency in Asta Powerproject software (essential).
  • Strong technical understanding of the Irish housebuilding process, from greenfield site to handover.
  • Knowledge of Irish construction regulations, planning requirements, and BCAR (Building Control Amendment Regulations).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
